Sandvikens elektroniska musikstoltet Alpha Mound är tillbaka på Lamour med ett fullängdsalbum. Knappt ett knyst innehåller 8 spår med djuågående ambient med långsamt uppbyggda kompositioner som i sin stillhet blandar komplexa strukturer och oändliga efterklanger. Grunden till albumet skapades inför en Elektronisk afton i Norberg 2024 som i efterhand har bearbetas och förfinats. Modulära system som blandas med elgitarr. Alpha Mound är artistnamnet för Sandviksbon Joakim Westlund. Sedan debutalbumet Burning Words 2012 har flertalet album och singlar släppts på Lamour Records, Stålverk och sitt egna Alpha Mound Recordings. Med en trygg grund inom ambient genren hämtas gärna inspiration från kraut och postrock. I sin studio bland modularsystem och synthar har också tusentals låtar mixats och mastrat. 
Sandviken’s electronic music pride Alpha Mound returns to Lamour with a full-length album. Knappt ett knyst (“Barely a Whisper”) features eight tracks of deep, immersive ambient music, with slowly evolving compositions that, in their stillness, blend complex structures and endless reverberations. The foundation of the album was created for an Electronic Evening in Norberg in 2024, and has since been further developed and refined. Modular systems are combined with electric guitar. Alpha Mound is the artist name of Sandviken native Joakim Westlund. Since the debut album Burning Words in 2012, several albums and singles have been released on Lamour Records, Stålverk, and his own label, Alpha Mound Recordings. With a solid foundation in the ambient genre, he often draws inspiration from krautrock and post-rock. In his studio, surrounded by modular systems and synthesizers, he has also mixed and mastered thousands of tracks.
